Journey2Jobs provides work-based learning initiatives and occupational skills training to obtain credentials to dislocated workers who are eligible to participate, with a priority given to the long-term unemployed (27 weeks or more) and those who have been profiled as likely to exhaust UI benefits.

Camo2Commerce provides case management, supportive services and training to approximately 900 transitioning service members from Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) and helps them apply the sought after skills they acquired through military service in the civilian workforce.

Business2Business assists local businesses in finding qualified, prescreened employees. This free service requires no contractual agreement and emphasizes the needs of employers. It bridges the gap between government workforce programs and the private sector culture.

Adult programs & Dislocated Worker Services increase employment and employment retention for participants and to provide employers with a skilled workforce and qualified applicants.

Youth Programs enhance youth education, encourage school completion through alternative educational programs, and provides exposure to the world of work through apprenticeship and career exploration.

The My JOBs (Journey Out Beyond) program at Green Hill is a job training and placement program for young men that have been incarcerated, and are ready to make moves toward a successful future. Through successful partnerships PacMtn is building skills, increasing competency and finding opportunity for youth navigating successful re-entry.
