For Service Members

Transition smoothly into civilian life through our job-training program

Camo2Commerce exists to help transition exiting service members seamlessly into the civilian workforce. Through one on one career counseling services, we can provide information and knowledge about the local job market and help prepare exiting military for their career transition. Our placement specialist can develop career opportunities based on the available careers in the area.

We also help make connections for exiting military to local employers that recognize the value that transitioning soldiers can provide to their companies. We actively work to fill a company’s job openings with candidates enrolled in our program.

For Employers

Connect with a talented workforce

Between 8000 and 9000 military members are expected to exit from active duty every year through 2017. Camo 2 Commerce offers employers access to the talent pipeline of transitioning service members exiting JBLM. We work to be that conduit and pipeline between employers and service members.
